Electric Riser Recliner Chair For Elderly with Heat & Massage

Delivery was fast and communication was good. The recliner itself seems good quality so far, although the massage function is a bit noisy but for under £300 I guess can’t expect much more more.However, my experience with delivery was very disappointing. The box is extremely large and heavy. The driver was clearly in a hurry and rammed the box into our hallway corner, causing visible damage to the wall and chipping the skirting board. Paint and plaster were knocked off and left on the floor.
Customer service offered £10 as a goodwill gesture and raised it £20 but refused to accept liability, even though the damage is clearly visible in the photos. £20 would not even begin to cover proper repair and repainting and with my pressing priorities hence the chair for a unwell elderly man I have just Accepted it.
I understand companies have policies about damage, but drivers still have a duty of care when delivering large, heavy items into customers’ homes. I would strongly advise others to be prepared for the size of the box and to supervise the delivery closely.
On a positive note, once inside, assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow.

We needed it taken into the house not left in the garden. We oldies were told 2 men were going to take it in. Only 1 man came and left it in the garden. We were lucky a young neighbour was very good and helped me get the chairs in The chairs are good and well worth the money thank you.

Exactly what we were looking for to aid my partners recovery from her stroke. Only scored 4 out of 5 at the moment as we've nog had the opportunity yet to fully assess the results of all of the various heat and vibration pads. However so far everything is doing what it said it would so have no doubt we will both benefit from the chair. Thank you for the speedy and punctual service. The delivery guy was happy and did not leave until the chair was were we wanted it and fully unpacked. Well done all round.

Excellent chair, I suffer with back an neck problems and with the heat and massage just half an hour releases the the discomfort for a couple of hours, plus it makes an excellent gaming chair.

It does everything we wanted for my mum and has a heat function as well as the massage which I've only seen on more expensive chairs. I was a bit unsure if buying a cheaper model would come with some downsides but so far so good and she loves it!
