My husband loves it as promised when ordered to get in 2 days, well it actually arrived as promised, so I'm so happy my husband is at last comfortable, his disability is bad and this has helped so much

I ordered on the Wednesday morning it was delivered 1pm on the Thursday (the next day)
The delivery driver delivered with care, put inside the door, for my elderly father. It was straight forward how to put the chair together.
My elderly father found it easy to operate.

The chair itself is really good, a little complicated to put together but once you figure out the wires it is a lot easier! The massage and heating functions are great and it tips and reclines really smoothly.

Unfortunately the delivery was awful. The driver arrived at our home, yanked the box out of his truck taking absolutely zero care with it and then dumped it on the path and left. I don’t expect much but I had hoped he would help me get it in the house or at least to the door. The package was very large (48kg!) and even with both myself and my partner we couldn’t lift it into our hallway. We ended up having to completely dismantle and breakdown the box OUTSIDE in the street so that we could lift the individual pieces into the house. My partner also cut his hand on the staples of the box while trying to lift it, luckily no blood got on the chair!

I really think this company should choose a different delivery service because it was awful. I am in my mid 20s and couldn’t lift the box inside so I cannot imagine the situation an older person who would be likely to order this product would be left in, unable to get the product off the front doorstep. It’s such a shame because the product really is brilliant.

I purchased this recliner for my dad, and he absolutely loves it. The chair is very comfortable, with plenty of cushioning and great support. The fabric feels soft but sturdy, and the neutral grey colour looks nice in his living room. The lift function has been the biggest benefit, making it so much easier for him to stand up and sit down. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable lift recliner

This was the perfect solution for my csection recovery! I had a really difficult time getting in and out of bed or sofa, and I spent the most crucial 3 weeks sleeping on this recliner and it was everything I needed. It looks good and is very comfortable to be used as a nice addition to your living room. Assembly was a bit tricky as one of the parts didn’t slide into its slot as seamlessly as it should have. Customer service and delivery were both good.

Great chair. Comes as ‘flat pack’ but there’s only the back and a couple of stabiliser feet to attach. Chair works fab and is as described on the website. Only complaint is the delivery. My son took delivery of the chair, the delivery guy had the chair on a trolley, he told my son that it wouldn’t fit through the door, so my son said he’d get the garage keys. Before my son could get the garage open, approx 1 minute the delivery guy had cleared off with the chair left at the top of the driveway (thanks for that)!

Good value. Fast delivery

Easy to assemble, and my wife finds it comfortable and easy to control. However the delivery company DX was deplorable, the driver left the parcels (cardboard boxes) outside the front door in the pouring rain, complaining it was too heavy to carry indoors. This left me (I'm 77) to lift into the house, Thank you DX driver.

Very comfortable just as described

Iv had a few recliner chairs in the past due to my lack of mobility due to health conditions and I can clearly say this is the best of the best! So easy to set up and so easy to use, the grips on the back to stop it from folding over are great and a nice safty touch. It's very smart and very well made. I would recommend definitely!!!
