Really impressed. Easy to put together, clear instructions and the bed looks great and of high quality.

We ordered the white bed, service was excellent from start to finish, customer contact and support was so quick and helpful, tracking pod for delivery was best ever, driver very friendly and helpful. we had a small issue with the bed but that was dealt with very quickly. The bed itself is great, we wanted it for a spare bedroom, took a couple of hours to put together, instructions easy to follow ( we have a lot of previous knowledge of putting things together !) Sturdy and a very nice looking bed, excellent value, would highly recommend the product and the company for its excellent service.

Great customer service from start to finish, the delivery tracking was the best I've seen ( we have a hard to find address ) and i could see the vans delivery route all the way. Delivery driver very friendly, happy to put it in the room of my choice. The bed took a couple of hours to put together, we did have a small issue that was quickly rectified by the customer service team. The bed was for a spare bedroom, nice looking bed and seems quite solid on putting together so really good value. Customer service was great from beginning to end which you dont often find now, would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic wooden bed frame, not long to wait for delivery. Easy to put together instructions straight forward. A bit apprehensive but no need everything just slotted in so easy. Well pleased with end result.
